The OP. of MV#1 states he was in a parking space and trying to correct his position within the lines. He pulled out and then when he was about to drive forward, MV#2 suddenly reversed into him. The OP. of MV#2 states she was exiting the parking lot due to it being full. As she was driving forward, MV#1 pulled out of a spot and collided into her. There is supposedly a witness by the name of Jean Charles working for VPNE Valet that observed the accident. He has left for the day and does not have a cell phone or a house phone. MV#1 then started backing out of his space but MV#2 started reversing. Both vehicles ended up colliding with each other at an angle. Director of Public Safety Ashley will make footage available at insurance request. 617-243-6478 (Footage starts around 2:41PM)

I attempted to get DiGiacomos license and registration. DiGiacomo was crying and upset commenting on Grays driving ability, her fathers continued hospitilization. I repeatedly had to to redirect DiGiacomo to provide her license and registration. DiGiacomos had a minor approx 3 inch scuff on the front bumper of her fathers vehicle. Narrative:
The owner of MV#1 stated she came out of work at NWH at 0730hrs and noticed the passenger front of her vehicle was damaged. She stated that she parked her vehicle in the that space at 2330hrs the night before. I observed significant damage to the passenger front of the vehicle. It should be noted that I did not observe and parts on the ground or any debris indicating that the accident occurred in that location. The headlight was totally shattered out and there were missing parts from vehicle. There was also a fluid trail that appeared to be leaking from the front passenger side. This trail indicated that the vehicle was driven and backed in to the parking space after the collision took place. Based on my training and experience I do not believe that vehicle was struck in that location as a hit and run. There were no cameras in the area. The owner requested her own tow for the vehicle. I submitted a photo of the claimed hit and run scene to the IT bureau and it was attached to this accident report.

MV#1 Was parked in the East side entrance parking garage when it was struck by an unknown vehicle. Uninvolved owner stated she parked the vehicle in the garage at approximately 1120Hrs and when she returned at approximately 1810Hrs she noticed damage to the left side of her vehicle. Should be noted there was a note left on the vehicle stating a Red Mazda MA REG#552GY2 possibly struck her vehicle. Due to the white scratch marks on the vehicle I don't think this is the vehicle that was involved. Traffic Bureau update (Officer Gaudet): I attempted to make contact with the registered owner of MA: 552GH2 (Mr. Franics Nolan, S60053602) with a negative result. A "Hit and Run" inquiry was mailed to Mr. Nolan. On Friday, April 30, 2021, I spoke with Mr. Nolan via telephone. Mr. Nolan stated that he was at Newton Wellesley Hospital on the day of the crash, but does not believe he was involved in a crash. I asked him to check his vehicle to see if there was any fresh damage. Mr. Nolan stated there was no damage to his vehicle. Mr. Nolan stated he parked in a Handicap parking spot on the second floor and there were not cars around him. No further action will be taken.

Narrative:
On Wednesday 9/15/2021 at approx 1045hrs, while assigned to the cell block, I took a past MVA report at the front desk. There I was met by Michael Krongel who states that at approx 1005hrs this morning his parked vehicle(MA reg1XJV53) was hit by another car at the Newton Wellesley Hospital parking garage. A witness stood by and gave Krongel their info along with a license plate number for the vehicle that struck his. The rear driver side of his vehicle was damaged. The second vehicle came back to a 2020 Ford Fusion MA reg 1LZR85 owned by Breanna Wasson DOB 4/23/1993. See witness statement. Newton Dispatch was able to find a number for Wasson on record. I called the number and left a message on its voicemail. It it not known at this time if Wasson was operating MV2. Traffic Bureau update (Officer Gaudet): On Thursday, September 16, 2021, I attempted to make contact with the registered owner of MV2, Ms. Breann Wasson, with a negative result. A message was left for her to contact me. A "Hit and Run" inquiry was mailed to Ms. Breann's address listed with the registry. On Thurday, September 23, 2021, I spoke with Ms. Wasson via telephone. Ms. Wasson acknowledged she was involved in the crash and had to leave with out immediately exchanging information because she was late for an appointment. Ms. Wasson stated when she returned to her vehicle, Mr. Krongel had left his business card on her winshield. Ms. Wasson stated she contacted Mr. Krongel to exchange information but he was not interested in speaking with her. Ms. Wasson stated she contacted her insurance company and reported the crash to them. Ms. Wasson did not provide information about any damage to her vehicle. Due to Ms. Wasson admitting fault for the crash and reporting the crash to her insurance company, no further action will be taken.

Narrative:
Opr. of V1, Juan Chen stated she came out of work and walked to her vehicle. At this time, she noticed a scratch on the left side of the vehicle. Chen stated she thought the vehicle next to her could have hit her vehicle, but did not have proof. The uninvolved vehicle had some damage to the left front. I made contact with the owner and spoke to her. She told me the damage was old from another accident and if she hit the vehicle she would have left a note. Due to the damage being old and the garage not having any cameras, I could not prove who struck V1. V1 sustained minor damage. V1 was not towed and due to no one driving, there were no injuries. Chen requested a report for insurance.
