Narrative:
Motor vehicle 1 (MV1) was traveling southbound on Centre St. when motor vehicle 2 (MV2), which was also traveling southbound on Centre St. attempted to go around an uninvolved vehicle that was waiting to turn left onto Langley Road. MV2 failed to yield to MV1 causing MV1 to crash into the passengers side of MV2. MV1 sustained front end damage and MV2 sustained passengers side damage.

Narrative:
MV #1 was traveling soutbound on Centre St. at the intersection of Langley Rd. MV #2 was positioned northbound on Centre. St and was attempting to turn westbound onto Pleasant st. The operator of MV#2 indicated that there was a significant gap in traffic as he was attempting to turn westbound when the operator of MV #1 collided into his vehicle. Damage was observed to both MV#1 and MV#2's front bumpers. The operator of MV#1 stated she could not see MV#2 due to the lighting prior to her colliding into vehicle. Both parties were treated on scene by Cataldo EMS but declined transport to a hospital. Both vehicles were able to be driven away from the scene.

MV#1 was stopped southbound on Centre St. attempting to turn right (westbound) on Pelham St. MV#2 was behind MV#1 also facing southbound. As MV#2 attempted to pass MV#1 it sideswiped MV#1's front plow. Damage was observed to MV#2's passenger side front bumper. Minor damage was observed to MV#1's snow plow on the driverside. No injuries were reported and both vehicles were driven from the scene.

Narrative:
On Friday, September 18, 2020, at 88update88approximately 0657 hrs, while assigned to N495, I was dispatched to the area of 1221 Centre St for a report of a MV accident. When I arrived on scene I observed a Motor Cycle (MC) laying on its side in the middle of the street. I observed a party laying on the ground, while medical personnel were tending to him. I also observed a white Honda (MV#1) pulled off to the side of Pelham St, and the operator standing next to his vehicle. Operator of MV#1 stated that as he was attempting to make a left turn off of Centre St, onto Pelham St. Operator of MV#1 stated that while he was in the middle of his turn, he observed a MC driving at a high rate of speed coming towards him. Operator of MV#1 stated that he was not able to get out of the way of the MC before it crashed into him I was not able to speak with the operator of the MC, due to him being transported to Brigham and Womens Hospital. Ofc McSweeney stated that he will be following up with the operator of the MC and will advise me. It should be noted that the operator of the MC appeared to be wearing headphones while operating, picture was taken and submitted. An anonymous party stated to me that he observed the MV traveling at a high rate of speed, heading North on Centre St. The party stated that he observed the MC weaving in and out of traffic. Multiple pictures were taken of MV#1 and MC and were submitted to IT to be attached to this report. Operator of MC was transported to Brigham and Womens. Operator of MV#1 was cleared with a patient refusal. Both vehicles were towed by Todys. **UPDATE** I spoke with the father of Scott Mahon, Keith Mahon. Keith stated that his son is still in the hospital, and has received several surgeries. Keith stated that the injuries his son received are a Open Tibia/Fibula fracture of the right leg, and a concussion. Keith stated that Scott has no recollection of the incident, as far as to not remembering leaving the house that morning.

Operator of MV1 states she was parked at a meter parking spot facing northbound on Centre Street at Langley Road when MV2, a dark colored BMW (no model or plate), struck the left front tire with MV2's front right fender causing MV1's tire to go flat.. MV2 fled the scene without exchanging information. No injuries reported.

The operator of MV#1 stated he was travelling southbound on Centre St in the right side travel lane when he was struck by MV#2 merging from the left travel lane. MV#1 sustained minor damages to its driver's side front bumper. There were no reported injuries to the operator of MV#1. The operator of MV#2 spoke limited English. MV#2 sustained damage to its passenger side front bumper area. There were no reported injuries to the operator of MV#2 or its passenger. The operator of MV#2 stated she does not have a driver's license and was never issued a driver's license. She provided a Brazilian passport that was expired on 02/08/2018. It should be noted that the R.M.V had assigned the operator of MV#2 with OLN #S16376408. The operator of MV#2 was issued in hand Massachusetts Uniform Citation #T2012915 for violation of c90 s10 unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. A licensed operator took possession of MV#2 (MA driver's license #S24281984.
