Narrative:
Operator of MV1 stated he was traveling Westbound on Washington St. when MV2 collided with his vehicle attempting to take a left traveling Eastbound on Washington St. Operator of MV1 stated there was a vehicle traveling parallel to him on Washington St. that stopped at the intersection of Washington St. and Hovey St. but stated he did not see MV2 until the last second. MV2 stated he was facing Southbound on Hovey St. attempting to take a left on Washington St. to travel Eastbound when he observed MV1 at the last second and collided with him. No injuries. MV1 sustained heavy front end damage. MV2 sustained heavy front left end damage along with drivers side door damage. Both vehicles involved were towed on scene by Tody's towing. A towed motor vehicle form was filled out for both in regards.

Opr of V1 stated he was attempting to turn left off of Hovey Street on to Washington Street (Eastbound) . Opr of V1 states the first lane of travel let him start to turn. As he started to make the turn and look to see if the next westbound lane would stop, he made contact with V2. Opr stated he was not injured. V1 was not towed. Opr of V2 stated he was traveling on Washington Street (Westbound). Opr stated at this time a red vehicle was turning off a side street and made contact with him. Opr stated him and his son were not injured. V2 was not towed.

OPERATOR OF MV 1 WAS TRAVELING WEST ON WASHINGTON STREET APPROACHING THE RED LIGHT AT CHURCH STREET WHEN HIS VEHICLE WAS STRUCK BY MV 2 WHO WAS TURNING LEFT OUT OF HOVEY STREET ONTO WASHINGTON STREET (EASTBOUND) . MV 1 HAD FRONT END DAMAGE BY THE RIGHT FROM TIRE, NO INJURIES WERE REPORTED AND MV WAS TOWED FROM THE SCENE BY TODYS. OPERATOR OF MV 2 STATED THAT HE WAS ON HOVEY STREET BY WASHINGTON ST, STOPPED AT THE STOP SIGN. A TRUCK WAS IN THE CLOSEST TRAVEL LANE TO HIM AND WAIVED HIM ON TO TURN LEFT. AS MV 2 TURNED LEFT HE COULD NOT SEE MV 1 TRAVELING IN THE OUTER MOST LANE, AND HIS VEHICLE STRUCK MV 1 ON THE PASSENGER FRONT SIDE. MV 2 HAD MODERATE FRONT END DAMAGE AND NO INJURIES REPORTED.

Narrative:
On March 13th, 2022 at approximately 15:10 hours while assigned to N491 I responded to the intersection of Washington St @ Hovey St for a report of a crash . On my arrival I located both involved vehicles parked on Hovey St. Vehicle #1 was a Red Subaru Legacy, Ma Reg. 1KH957, operated by a CHUN HE. He stated he was stopped for the traffic light(RED) at the intersection of Washington St @ Hovey St when he was rear ended by vehicle #2. Vehicle #2 was a 2012 Red Honda CRV Sport, Ma Reg. 52SH40, operated by a Nathaniel Baker. He stated he was stopped behind vehicle #1 on Washington St when his foot slipped off the brake and his vehicle drove into the rear of vehicle #1. There was little to no damage to either vehicle but both the operator and passenger of vehicle #1 complained of neck pain. Both refused to have an ambulance respond to the scene. Chun He and his passenger Lei ZHOA are the two injured parties.
