Narrative:
Owner of MV2 stated she was parked for work during the hours of 8:00AM and 5:00PM. Owner, Marissa stated when she came out she noticed the damage and observed a napkin on her windshield. The napkin had the other involved vehicle's information on it. MV2 was unoccupied when struck and sustained significant damage on her driver's side rear bumper and quarter panel. I called and spoke to the Opr. of MV1. The Opr, Alexandra stated she was turning left into the parking spot and struck MV2. Alexandra stated her vehicle was not damaged and she left all the information on the windshield of MV2. No injuries reported.

Narrative:
Operator of vehicle #1 stated he was attempting to park his vehicle in a parking spot. Operator #1 stated that he hit the gas instead of the brake and drove over a handicap sign that was cemented into the ground. Vehicle #1 then drove over a flower bed before making light contact with the brick parking garage wall. An immediate threat form was filled out by me and faxed to the RMV. Also on scene was Mr. Dan Pham, public safety Officer for Wegmans. There were no injuries. Vehicle #1 was towed by Tody's.

MV1 was parked in a parking spot in the parking lot behind Wegmans grocery store which is a parking lot accessible to the public. MV2 proceeded to back into the front end of MV1 while trying to enter a parking spot (see witnees statement.) There were no injuries and no vehicles were towed. A citation will be issued to the operator of MV1 for leaving the scene of property damage 90/24/C. Citation #T1445641

Vehicle #1 was parked in a legal parking spot at level P1 of the Wegman's parking garage. Vehicle #2 was backing up the ramp after a verbal altercation and attempted to exit the parking garage. While backing and turning the vehicle, vehicle #2 struck vehicle #1. Vehicle #2 then left the scene. The vehicle is registered to Texano JR corp. See incident report # 22018894

Narrative:
MV1 operator stated she was parked in the 200 Boylston St parking garage, level P3 middle row between the hours of 0600 to 1420 hours. MV1 operator stated sometime between those hours an unknown MV must have pulled out from the spot next to hers and struck her MV at an angle. MV1 sustained minor rear bumper damage on the passenger side. The damage was an apparent paint transfer and a minor dent under the brake light (still operable). MV1 operator estimated the damage to be worth approximately $2000 USD. MV1 was unoccupied during the incident so no injuries were reported at this time. MV1 was still able to be driver, no tow required.
