I responded to the area of Washington St.@Quinobequin Rd. for a report of a two car MVA. I arrived in the area and located the MVA directly at the entrance to Quinobequin Rd. Both Operators and passenger were out of the vehicle upon my arrival with no reports of injury. V1 Operator; Cunniff, Erin MA OLN#S65270968. V1; MA Pan Reg. 6PW389, 2011 SUBA/STW color gray. V2 Operator; Murphy, Kelly RI OLN#3262011. V2; RI Pan Reg. 410986, 2011 Suzu/SX4 color red. V2 Passenger; Revoy, Antoine. V1 operating Eastbound on RT. 16 Washington St. attempted to turn right onto Quinobequin Rd. The operator of V1 traveled past the entrance, came to a stop and attempted to backup. V1 while reversing backed into V2 which was also traveling Eastbound on RT. 16 Washington St. and was attempting to turn right onto Quinobequin Rd. The V2 Operator and Passenger both stated that V2 Operator beeped its horn but V1 backed into V2 On Washington St., at the entrance to Quinobequin Rd. There was no air bag deployment in either vehicle. V1 sustained right rear end damage which did not require towing service. V2 sustained heavy left front end damage and left side damages to include the tire and wheel well. V2 did require towing service. Tody's Towing Inc. responded and removed V2 from the crash scene. I advised all parties involved. I also transported V2 Operator and Passenger To Tody's Towing located at 1354 Washington St., Newton.

The OP. of MV#1 states she was travelling eastbound on Washington Street and had the green light when MV#2 suddenly made a turn in front of her. She tried to swerve away to avoid the collision but they still collided together. The OP. of MV#2 states she was on the westbound lane of Washington Street with intent to make a left turn towards Wales Street. The traffic light showed a green left arrow so she made the turn, that's when she collided with MV#1.

The OP. of MV#2 states he was stopped behind MV#1 on the westbound left-turn lane of Washington St. The light turned green and MV#1 moved forward and suddenly stopped. The OP. of MV#2 had started accelerating and couldn't stop in time, colliding into the rear of MV#1.

On 7/17/2109 at approx 1510 Hrs while assigned to 497 I responded to the intersection of Quinobequin Rd and Washington St for a report of a two car collision. Upon arrival I found Ma reg T69734 being operated by Mario SIGNORE and Ma Reg 2GGH11 being operated by John ZENGILOWSKI pulled over on the wb side of Washington St. Both SIGNORE and ZENGILOWSKI would become verbally confrontational when out of their vehicles so I had them both remain seated inside their vehicles.Both SIGNORE and ZENGILOWSKI claimed to be taking the right onto Washington St from Quinobequin Rd when the other swerved into them twice. SIGNOREs vehicle had minor driver side tire well and rear passenger side bumper damage , ZENGILOWSKI had minor damage to front driver bumper . Both SIGNORE and ZENGILOWSKI had significant driving histories including multiple suspensions and aggressive driving habits.

The OP. of MV#1 states she was travelling eastbound on Washington Street. There was a steady green traffic light for her as she proceeded through the intersection of Quinobequin Rd. That's when MV#2 suddenly turned in front of her causing a collision. The OP. of MV#2 states he was on the westbound lane of Washington Street and wanted to make a left turn towards Wales Street. He had a green traffic light and didn't see any oncoming traffic and proceeded to turn left. That's when he collided with MV#1. The OP. of MV#2 is not sure if he had just a green light or had a green left turn arrow as well.

Operator of MV1 stated he was waiting at the set of lights to turn left onto Quinebequin road from Washington when MV2 rear ended MV1. Operator of MV2 stated he saw the light turn green to take a left from Washington St to Quinebequin Rd when MV1 stopped due to traffic heading East on Washington St and rear ended MV1. MV1 had minor damage to the rear bumper. MV2 had minor damage to the front bumper. Passenger in MV1 was transported to NWH for kneck pain.

MV1 was yielding on Quinobequin Rd to the vehicles driving Southwest on Washington St. MV1 was preparing to bear right onto Washington St when she was rear-ended by MV2. MV2 saw MV1 yielding, proceeded to look both ways on Washington St and thought MV1 had gone but they had not. MV2 collided with MV1 at the intersection of Quinobequin Rd and Washington St at 2221 Washington St. MV1 had minor scratches to the rear bumper area and MV2 had heavy front end damage to the front bumper and headlights. Both cars drivable, no injuries.

Operator of MV1 states she was traveling eastbound on Washington Street when she entered the intersection where Rt. 95 on/off ramps and Quinobequin Rd meet. Operator of MV1 states she had the green signal when MV2, described as a dark colored pick up truck, ran the red light traveling northbound from the off ramp of Rt. 95 southbound/Quinobequin Rd. and crashed into MV1 head on. Operator of MV1 states MV2 fled the scene traveling northbound in the Do Not Enter lane traveling towards Grove St. Operator of MV1 states MV2 sustained front end damage, while MV1 sustained damage to the right front fender and was towed from the scene. Operator of MV1 sustained a wrist injury and was transported to Newton Wellesley Hospital. While investigating the scene, the license plate (MA Reg: 1YF845) from MV2 was left behind from the crash. The registration plate came back on a gray 2017 Honda Ridgleline pick up truck, which matches the description of the vehicle involved in the crash. The vehicle is registered to Andrew Wiggin out of 32 Marlborough Rd Salem, MA. Two witnesses, Lisa Duncan and Jennifer McQuillan, witnessed the crash. Ms. McQuillan states she was behind MV1 when she observed MV2 run the red light, crash into MV1 head on and fled the scene northbound in the Do Not Enter lane. Ms. Duncan states she was a few car lengths behind MV1 traveling on the right hand side of MV1. Ms. Duncan also states she observed MV2 run the red light, crash into MV1 head on and fled the scene northbound in the Do Not Enter lane. Both Ms. McQuillan and Ms. Duncan believe a male was operating the vehicle.

On 6/26/2020 at approx 1214hrs while assigned to 497 I responded to the area of Washington St at Quinobequin Rd for a report of a 2 car crash with air bag deployment. Upon arrival I observed Ma Reg 579AM3 a gray Toyt Rav 4 and Ma Reg 219w70 a red Toyota Corolla in the middle of the EB lanes of Washington St both with significant damage, front and side airbag deployment and fluids leaking. I ascertained the operators were not hurt and called for two tows and NFD for speedy dry. I spoke with the operator of the red Toyt Brendan OCONNOR who stated he was travelling EB on Washington St, had the green light, was proceeding through the intersection when he was struck by the operator of the Toyt Rav 4,Gabriella NUGENT. I spoke with NUGENT who stated she was attempting to take the left onto Quinobequin Rd from the WB lane of Washington St when she collided with OCONNOR. NUGENT acknowledged that although the light was green WB she did not have the left arrow to turn. Both cars towed by Todys, both Nugent and OCONNOR signed patient refusals with Cataldo ambulance.

On Friday, September 4, 2020, while assigned to marked unit N493, I responded to the intersection of Washington Street and Wales Street, Newton for a motor vehicle crash. Washington Street, Wales Street, and Quinobequin Road are public ways maintained by the City of Newton. The weather at the time of the crash was clear and sunny. The road surface was dry. I spoke with the operator of MV1, Kristie Maheras (S45345086). Ms. Maheras stated while operating her 2014 Acura MDX (MA: 5050ZC), she was stopped at a red light on Washington Street (W) at Quinobequin Road (S). Ms. Maheras stated as the light turned green, she was going to take a left turn onto Wales Street. Ms. Maheras stated at this time the vehicle behind her crashed into the rear of her vehicle. I observed damage to the rear bumper/trunk area of MV1. Ms. Maheras reported no injuries. I then spoke with the operator of MV2, Leigha Owen (SA0520153). Ms. Owen stated she was operating her 2018 Hyundai Tucson (PA: 3253701) on Washington Street (W) at Quinobequin Road (S). The front driver side area of Ms. Owen's vehicle crashed into the rear of the vehicle in front of her (MV1). I observed damage to the front driver side area of MV1. Ms. Owen reported no injuries. A query of Ms. Owen's license status through Newton Dispatch showed it was suspended. The temporary Pennsylvania registration for the vehicle was also expired as of August 2020. The vehicle does have active insurance. Tody's towing responded and removed the vehicle from the roadway. Ms. Owen was issued Massachusetts Uniform Citation T1270756 in hand for Chapter 90, Section 23 (Operation of MV after Suspension), Chapter 90, Section 9 (Unregistered MV), and Newton City Ordinance Chapter 19, Section 75 (Fail to Use Care). Washington Street, Wales Street, and Quinobequin Road are public ways maintained by the City of Newton

On 1/2/2021 at approx 0847hrs while assigned to 497 I responded to the intersection of Washington St and Quinobequin Rd for a report of a MV Crash. Upon arrival I observed Ma Reg 35GM68 with front end damage stopped in the right eastbound lane of Washington St at the intersection of Quinobequin Rd, the operator, Silvaneide FADIL was still inside the vehicle with all front airbags deployed. FADIL denied being injured and stated she was coming through the green light from Wales St when the truck in front of her suddenly stopped causing her to crash into it. I spoke with the operator of the truck, who had managed to pull off to the side of the road, Joshua VINCENT, Ma Reg 1182BY, who stated he had just started into the intersection from Wales St after getting the green light when he observed a red Ambulance with lights flashing approaching from Quinobequin Rd, he stopped to allow the ambulance to pass when he was struck from behind by FADIL. VINCENT expanded that as he had just started into the intersection, he was going at a slow speed and did not need to stop suddenly. I was approached by a witness, Donald MCCARTHY( 617-438-1207) who stated he observed the ambulance come though and felt FADIL could not have been paying attention to not see it and stop. Both FADIL and VINCENT signed patient refusals with Fallon Ambulance, FADILS vehicle towed by Todys Towing.

The operator of vehicle 1 stated she was traveling east on Washington Street through the intersection of the on/off ramps of 128 as well as Quinobequin rd. As she traveled through the intersection vehicle 2 took a left turn in front of her and crashed into the front left drivers side of her vehicle. This caused major damage. The driver of vehicle 2 stated he was waiting to turn left onto Quinobequin Rd while oncoming traffic proceeded through the intersection, when he thought it was clear he took the left turn. He then crashed into vehicle 1 which he did not see. This caused major damage to vehicle 2. Both parties signed medical refusals. Both vehicles were towed by Todys.

Upon arrival both operators where pulled to the side of the road on Quinobequin Rd. I spoke with the operator of Ma Reg 3FWN51 Alicione Goncalves who stated she had the green light travelling Quinobequin Rd southbound when the pickup truck turned in front of her causing the collision. i spoke with the operator of NH Com Reg RBAC02, Robert Allen who stated he was travelling northbound on Quinobequin Rd , mistakenly though the green light was a green arrow to turn left onto Washington St colliding with Goncalves.

On 5/20/2022 at approx 0825hrs while assigned to 497 I responded to the area of Washington St and Quinobequin Rd for a report of a two car crash with one operator being pregnant. Upon arrival I met with Marlow Hansen who was operating Ma Reg FRMGRL who stated she was taking the right onto Washington St from Quinobequin Rd when she was rear ended by the operator of Ma Reg 6961RC being operated by Jenna Limone. Jenna stated she thought Marlow was going and accidently rear ended her. Both operators signed patient refusals with Fallon Ambulance, minor damage to both vehicles, no tows required.
