The operator of MV#1 stated he had slowed to a stop just past the posted stop sign on the corner of Reservoir Ave. and Lee Rd. The operator of MV#2 passed MV#1 on the right, sideswiping it, causing minor damage to MV#1's right side panel and significant damage to MV#2 left side panel. No injuries were reported and both vehicles were driven away from the scene.

Narrative:
Operator of MV1 stated he was sitting in his parked vehicle when MV2 struck the rear driver side of his vehicle. Operator of MV2 stated she was traveling eastbound on Derby St. when she struck the rear of MV1 with the passenger side of her vehicle. Operator of MV2 stated the glare from the sun played a part in the accident. All operators refused medical treatment. MV1 sustained major damage to the rear, driver side bumper. MV2 sustained major damage to the front passenger side bumper. Operator of MV2 stated she will call for a private tow, MV2 was operable and moved to a legal parking spot. MV1 was parked legally on Derby Street.

Narrative:
The operator of MV#1 stated that she was traveling north on Commonwealth Ave and as she traveled through the green light at the intersection at Auburn St she observed MV#2 traveling towards her from Auburn St and then struck her MV pushing it into a utility pole. The operator of MV#2 stated that he was traveling east on Auburn St and as he approached the intersection of Commonwealth Ave thought he had a green light and traveled into the intersection when crash occurred with MV#1. Two independent witnesses both stated to me that MV#2 traveled through a red light on Auburn St causing the crash. Both MV's towed from the scene and operator #1 transported to NWH with what appeared to be a minor leg injury. Operator #2 refused medical attention at the scene for what appeared to be a minor hand injury. Operator #2 cited for failure to comply with a red light.

Operator # 1 stated she had stopped at the stop sign on Cotton Street and Centre Street. She saw that Centre Street was clear and she turned left onto Centre Street. She then stated that Vehicle # 2 "came out of nowhere" and didn't slow down before the crash. She believed vehicle # 2 was speeding. Oper # 2 stated she was travelling NB on Centre Street when vehicle # 1 pulled out in front of her from Cotton Street. Both vehicles towed by Todys. Operators 1 and 2 signed refusals. passenger 1 and 2 had been picked up prior to being evaluated.
