Narrative:
The operator of MV1 stated he stopped at the stop sign on Waverly Ave, proceeded to pull onto Washington Street, westbound, when he struck MV2 on the rear driver side of the vehicle. The operator of MV2 stated she was traveling westbound on Washington Street, approaching Waverly Ave. As she was turning left onto Waverly Ave, MV1 pulled out on Washington Street. MV1 had minor damage to the front bumped. MV2 had moderate damage to the passenger side and rim. Also the rear bumper was hanging off. Both operators stated they were not injured and were able to operate the vehicles once all paper work was gathered.

Mv#1 operator stated he came to a stop on Grant Ave N/B at #238 for a vehicle that was backing out of that driveway. #1 stated at that time he was rear ended by Mv#2. #1 operator was outside on the sidewalk when I arrived on scene. #1 stated he had neck and back pain from being rear ended. #1 front seat passenger stated she had neck pain. #1 operator already exchanged #2 operator and vehicle info. #2 left scene prior to my arrival. Both #1 occupants were evaluated and transported by medics to NWH for further evaluation. #1 was towed by Tody's with moderate rear end damage. I responded to #2 operator address to get a statement. #2 was not home. Her statement was taken over the phone. #2 stated she was travelling on Beacon St E/B, turned N/B on Grant Ave then couldn't stop in time and rear ended #1. #2 was not injured and stated she had minor front end damage.

On 06/22/21 at approximately 10:46 I responded to a 2 vehicle crash at the intersection of Winchester St. and Dedham St.. Upon arrival I spoke with the operator of veh #1 Giulia Puppin who has her learners Permit and was driving under the CS Driving School LLC and Instructor John David Rabidou , who was in the front seat next to her. Puppin explained that she was driving South down Winchester St. when she put her left directional on to take a left onto Dedham St.. Puppin said the traffic light turned yellow so she stopped the vehicle before the intersection and thats when veh #2 struck her from behind. Rabidou's account of the accident was the same as Puppin's. I spoke with the operator/owner of veh #2, Diana Gabriela Valencia who stated she was driving South down Winchester St. when veh #1 stopped suddenly in front of her at the intersection of Dedham St.. She attempted to swerve right to avoid the vehicle but she didn't have time and struck the passenger side rear bumper. As I was in my cruiser preparing the exchange information, Valencia came to my window and informed me that her vehicle was unregistered. A R.M.V. query confirmed that Massachusetts license plate attached to the front and rear of the vehicle she was operating, a black 2009 Hyundai Accent , was active on a Grey 2013 Volkswagon Jetta owned by her boyfriend Frederic James Malesevic. Valencia produced a bill of sale for the Hyundai Accent from Vigeant's Auto Sales, INC of Lowell with a purchase date of 10/17/20. Valencia stated she never drove the vehicle before today and was in the registration process through the mail to the R.M.V.. Valencia was handed Mass. Criminal citations #'s T20808053 and T20808054 for : Ch 90/ Sec 23-Attaching wrong M.V. plates on a public way Ch 90/ Sec 34J- Operating a M.V. without insurance on a public way Ch 90/ Sec 9- Unregistered M.V. on a public way N.C.O. 19/75- Failure to use care in stopping Both front and rear license plates (Mass.#5ZS55 were confiscated from the vehicle and placed into our Property and Evidence until the matter is resolved in court. All roads mentioned/traveled upon in this report are public way in the City Of Newton as they are serviced and maintained by this city. Incident report #21026716 and a towed M.V. Form were also completed.

Veh #1 was traveling due West on Needham St. when veh #2 pulled out of #141 Needham St attempting to take a left and collided with veh #1. Veh #2 traveled into #130 Needham St window, Loyal Companion. Both air bags went off on veh #2 and both drivers were checked out by Medics and both signed patent refusals. Operator of veh #2 had a rash on her forearm from the airbag. Both vehicles were towed by Todys (David). Building Inspector Paul Nelson from the City of Newton came down on scene and stated that the damage to the building (#130 Needham St.) didn't effect the structural integrity. The operator of veh#2 admitted to hitting the gas instead of the brake. Operator of veh #2 cited in hand Mass. #T2080855 N.C.O.-Failure to use care in starting. I went inside Loyal Companion and spoke with Manager Micheal Wade. Wade stated no pets were hurt during the accident and he had already notified the buildindgs mainternece company to repsonde and board up the windows.

Mr. David DeVito, the owner of vehicle#1 stated that he heard a crash at approximately 1030 last night, but wasn't aware his car was struck until this morning. I then viewed the damage and observed fresh damage to the driver side rear quarter panel and side of Mr. DeVito's vehicle. The vehicle was parked in front of the residence at 228 California Street. There are no witnesses to the crash or description of the other vehicle involved at this time.

Motor vehicle 1 (MV1) was traveling northbound on Myrtle Street when it crashed into a low hanging City of Newton tree in front of 12 Myrtle Street. As a result of the crash the tree completely uprooted and ripped out the telephone/internet services to 10 and 12 Myrtle Street, as well as 1560 and 1554 Washington Street. MV1 sustained moderate front/top passengers side damage. The City of Newton Forestry division was able to respond and remove the downed tree. I took five pictures of the damage to City property and submitted them to the IT bureau.

The operator of MV#1 states that she was traveling east on Commonwealth Ave approaching Lexington St in the left hand lane when MV#2 entered her travel lane and crash occurred. The operator of MV#2 states that she was also traveling east on Commonwealth Ave approaching Lexington St in the right hand lane, but had signaled that she was about to enter the left hand lane when crash occurred with MV#1. On 06/27/21 at approximately 14:06 I responded across from #295 Dudley Rd. for a single vehicle crash.When I arrived I witnessed Veh#1 was on its drivers side resting against pole #34. The operator was already out of the car sitting on the stone wall next to it. The Operator of veh #1 stated he was driving due North on Dudley Rd. driving the speed limit when he saw a jogger (witness #2) in his lane. He then swerved into the left lane when he saw an oncoming car. He then swerved back to the right and rolled his vehicle coming to rest beside Eversource Pole #34. The vehicle was towed by Tody's towing. The operators father showed up on scene before he signed a patient refusal to go to the hospital. Father stated he would take his son later by car to have his right forearm checked out because of airbag rash. Operator of veh #1 cited in hand Mass. #T2080856 for Ch 90/ Sec 17 Speeding estimated 50mph in a 25 Zone.

On Tuesday 6/29/21 AT 6:45 PM Sean Ross Mcclinchy came into the station to report a Hit and Run. He stated that he was sitting in his car a green Ford Mustang (MV1 MA REG 6SR718) on Chapel street when a white Toyota Camry (MV 2 MA REG 9AP511) side swiped his car, they exchanged words and then MV 2 proceeded to leave the scene. MV 1 followed MV 2 and MV 2 eventually stoped in a parking lot in Watertown. The operator of MV 2 refused to give his information to the operator of MV 1 and drove away in his car for the second time. The operator of MV 1 was able to take down the license plate of MV 2. A few hours after the operator of MV 1 came in to report the Hit and Run I spoke on the phone with the operator of MV 2 and he stated that it was a tight squeeze on the street and he side swiped the MV 1. He also stated that he panicked and that is why he left the scene without providing his information. MV 1 was damaged on the drivers side with scratches on the door, the wheel well, and the mirror was broken. MV 2 had scratches on the drivers side also according to the driver of MV 1. Neither party was injured during this collision. I sent a Criminal Application in the mail to the operator of MV2.

Narrative:
On 7/1/2021, at 1830 hrs, I spoke with REGAN, AMY in the lobby of NPD HQ regarding a past motor vehicle hit and run accident. Ms. Regan reports; at 1800 hrs this afternoon, she was traveling eastbound on Washington St. and was yielding to oncoming traffic as she attempted to turn northbound onto Jackson Rd. when her Honda CR-V was struck from behind by a construction Front Loader. The operator, described as a thin, white male, with a beard, grey hat and Irish accent, motioned for Ms. Regan to pull over onto Jackson Rd. which she assumed was to exchange information. As Ms. Regan pulled onto Jackson Rd. the operator of the Front Loader continued eastbound on Washington St. towards the Massachusetts Turn Pike rotary. I observed damage to the rear bumper and tailgate of Ms. Regan's Honda CR-V, but the vehicle is operable. I provided Ms. Regan a report number and instructions on how to obtain a copy of this report.

Opr of V1 stated he was traveling westbound picking up the City of Newton trash. Opr of V1 slowed down and at this time was hit from behind by V2. Opr of V2 stated he was traveling behind the trash truck. At this time, he did not realize it was stopping to pick up trash and made contact with the trash truck. V2 suffered minor damage to the front right. No injuries reported.
