Narrative:
On November 2nd, 2021 at approximately 10:42 hours while working N491 I responded to the area of Craft St @ Ashmont Ave for a report of a MV crash. On my arrival I located both involve vehicles on Ashmont Ave in front of 49/47 Ashmont Ave. Vehicle #1 was a 2016 black Honda Civic, Ma. plate 941-AJ0, operated by a Seth Blumenthal. He stated he was backing out from his driveway at #49/47 Ashmont Ave when he struck vehicle #2 which was parked across the street. Vehicle #2 was a 2018 black GMC Sierra PU, Ma. commercial plate T97173. Owned by Asphalt Engineering. The operator was parked sitting in the vehicle when vehicle #1 backed into it. The driver was identified as Andrew Devita who was pricing a driveway job in the area of the crash. There were no injuries due to this crash and neither vehicle was towed.

Mv#1 operator stated she was travelling on Centre St S/B in the left lane preparing to bear left on Cypress St S/B. #1 stated at that time Mv#2 was travelling in the right lane and veered left colliding with her passenger side door area. Mv#2 operator could not speak English. I was unable to collect a statement. #2 could not produce a MA license, only a Brazilian license. #2 sustained damage to the driver's side area. #2 was issued citation for unlicensed operation. A co-worker arrived who spoke limited English who attempted to translate with negative results. No injuries and no tows required. See also incident report C#21046438.

At approximately 0039 hours on November 6, 2021 Officer Guarino and I, Officer Joyce, were dispatched to a report of a hit and run. At the scene we spoke to operator of MV1. He stated he heard a loud bang and came out of his house and observed his car damaged. Officer Guarino and I observed multiple pieced of MV2 on the road. The parts came back to a blue Hundai Elantra. The operator of MV1 will be emailing me survalence video from his home security system of the incident. Multiple units checked the area and did not find a vehicle matching the description. UPDATE 11/6/2021 1730HOURS: Officer Nardelli responded to Spiers Rd. The operator of MV2 Stanley Joseph, returned to the scene and exchanged information with the opperator of MV1 Elton Matos. Stanley Joseph who was working for Uber Eats, admitted he was looking at his GPS before the collision. Stanley Joseph said he left the scene because he did not want his car towed because he needs it for work. He did not intend to avoid exchanging information.

Narrative:
At approximately 0214 hours on November 6, 2021, Officer Guarino and I, Officer Joyce were dispatched to 219 Commonwealth Ave for a report of a hit and run. I spoke to the driver of MV1 who said he was sitting in the drivers seat of his car when the driver of MV2 struck his vehicle from behind. The driver of MV1 then got out of his vehicle and took a video of MV2 before it fled the scene. MV 2 took a right onto Manet Rd and crashed into a city pole and sign. Photographs were taken of the city property and submitted to IT to be attached to the report. The driver of MV1 emailed me a copy of the video he captured, which was forwarded to IT to be attached to this report. Officer Guarino and I noticed multiple pieces of MV2 on the ground around MV1. Other officers searched the area for MV2 but were unsuccessful.
