Narrative:
On 02/03/2022, while assigned to N497, I, Officer Conary, and Officer Durickas, responded to a minor MVA. Upon arrival, I spoke with Operator of MV1 who stated that she was stopped at the stop sign on Moffat Road about to make a left turn. Operator of MV1 entered traffic and hit MV2. MV2 was traveling Northbound on Chestnut Street and was taking a left turn on Moffat Road when MV1 hit him on the front left side. Operator of MV1 stated that MV2 did not see him, she was looking at the traffic coming from the left. There was minor damage to the right front of MV1. There was damage to the left front side of MV2. MV2 had to be towed. Both operators were offered and declined medical treatment.

MV1 was parked in the driveway of 18 Sheldon St unoccupied. The owner heard a crash sound in their driveway at 1500 hrs and went outside and noticed minor damage to the left rear end and tail light. A canvass of the surrounding area was performed for cameras yielding negative results.

Narrative:
Operator of MV1 states she was turning left eastbound from Sumner Street onto Commonwealth Avenue when she hit MV2. Operator of MV1 states she couldn't see over the snow pile on Commonwealth Avenue. Operator of MV1 stated she didn't see the car until the last second. MV1 sustained major damage to the front left of the vehicle and left side of the vehicle. All airbags were deployed. MV1 was towed by Todys's Service Inc as it was disabled. Operator of MV1 had no injuries and denied medical attention. Operator of MV2 states he was traveling straight ahead (Westbound) when he saw MV1's car lights and then all he remembers was crashing into the fence of 63 Sumner Street. MV2 sustained major damage to the front center and right side of the vehicle. Todys's Service Inc towed MV2 as all the air bags were deployed and the vehicle was disabled. Operator of MV2 had minor injuries and was transported by medics to Newton Wellesley Hospital to be evaluated. A section of 63 Sumner Street fence was damaged due to Motor Vehicle Accident. Owner (Sam Figler) cell phone: 650-269-4780 was informed of the damage. Witness states he saw MV1 come off of Sumner Street and get hit by MV2 on Commonwealth Avenue. Witness' vehicle did not sustain damage. Witness had no injuries. Several photos were taken of accident and turned into IT.

MV1 stated he was travelling "slow" down California St when a "black truck (MV2) tried to pass me, hit my bumper forcing me to hit that parked car" (MV3). No reported injuries. A canvass for MV2 was conducted yielding negative results. Both MV1 & MV3 sustained significant damage and were removed from the scene by Todys. On 02/07/22 I was dispatched to Washington St. @ Center St. for a two car motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival the operator of MV1 stated that he was driving on the right lane of Washington St and turned right to merge onto Center St (S/B). The operator of MV1 stated that the operator of MV2 was in the middle lane when he tried to merge onto the right lane which caused MV1 to hit MV2 on the right side of the bumbler. As they continued driving straight MV2 stopped which caused MV1 to tap the rear bumper of MV2 Causing minor damages to the bumper. The operator of MV2 stated that he was the one driving on right lane when the operator of MV1 hit him in the rear bumper. The operator of MV2 stated that he had the right away which is why MV1 crashed into his bumper. I asked the operator of the of MV2 how did he get damage on the right side of his vehicle to which he replied he was not sure, and that it was there already. He then continued to say that he must of hit the snow bank which caused the damage but the snow bank was a lot lower than where the damage was. Based on my observation the damage is consistent with what the operator of MV1 stated. Medics arrived on scene and both operators denied medical attention.

MV-1 proceeding East bound Elliot street failing to see MV-2 negotiating left turn into driveway of 308 Elliot Street. MV-1 struck the back end of MV-2. MV-1 sustained severe front end damage.
