MV1 was parked in a parking spot in the parking lot behind Wegmans grocery store which is a parking lot accessible to the public. MV2 proceeded to back into the front end of MV1 while trying to enter a parking spot (see witnees statement.) There were no injuries and no vehicles were towed. A citation will be issued to the operator of MV1 for leaving the scene of property damage 90/24/C. Citation #T1445641

Narrative:
On Sunday 2/13/22 at approximately 1746 hours while assigned to marked unit n501 patrolling division n495, I was dispatched to the intersection of Commonwealth Ave and Homer St. for a report of a single car MVA into a traffic signal. Upon arrival I observed Ma Reg 9LL519 on the island facing eastbound in the intersection of Commonwealth Ave and Homer St. The vehicle hit and knocked the traffic signal off its base and landed in the eastbound lane of Homer Street. Operator, O'CONNOR James, states he was travelling Eastbound on Commonwealth Ave and attempted to turn right onto Homer Street. He was unable to pull out of the turn due to the snowy and icy conditions and slid into and knocked over the traffic signal. I was able to move the signal out of the lane of traffic and onto the center island and Dagle Electric was notified. Two pictures were taken and attached to this report. O'CONNOR's vehicle was inoperable and was towed by Tody's. At the time of the accident it was difficult to determine what the damage was. Most serious damage appears to be to the under carriage, rendering the vehicle inoperable.

MV1 operator was travelling down hill on Countryside Rd when vehicle controls were lost and MV1 drove onto 241 Countryside Rd front lawn. Road conditions include snowing at the time of incident and slippery roads due to snow and ice. MV1 operator was able to remove vehicle from front lawn. no injuries reported. Homeowner, Richard Goldstone will speak with homeowners insurance about possible damage to lawn.

Operator of MV1 stated they were coming down their very steep driveway at 40 Baldpate Hill Rd. when their vehicle slid across the street, and into the front exterior of 49 Baldpate Hill Rd. It should be noted it was snowing and there was snow on the driveway and roadway. There was front end damage to MV1 and damage to the exterior and garden of 49 Baldpate Hill Rd. Tody's responded to dislodge the vehicle from the home. MV1 was parked legally out front of 49 Baldpate Hill Rd. for the night. Both the operator and passenger of MV1 signed patient refusals. The homeowner of 49 Baldpate Hill Rd. was inside at the time of the crash but was unharmed. The homeowner took pictures of the damage, was made aware of the situation and advised to contact their insurance company regarding the damage to the home.

On Sunday 2/13/22 at approximately 1851 hours while assigned to marked unit n501 patrolling division n496 I was dispatched to the area of 935 Walnut Street. Upon arrival I spoke with the passenger, DELUCA Joseph, who states he was the passenger in Ma Reg 1ANK92 and his girlfriend, BISSANTI Alicia, was the operator. They were travelling northbound on Walnut Street and approaching their home at 935 Walnut Street when BISSANTI activated her left turn signal and slowed to make a left turn into their driveway when they were struck in the rear by a white mini van. The white mini van did not stop and continued Northbound on Walnut Street. BISSANTI tried to catch up to the van and thought it turned into the parking lot of Dominos Pizza. They confronted a white male in the parking lot who was driving a white mini van, however the operator stated it was not him. While at 935 Walnut Street I observed their motor vehicle parked in the back and there wasn't any damage to the car.

Operator of MV1 was parked out front of 325 Beacon St. when they believe MV2 hit the left rear end of their vehicle. There was no visible damage to the vehicle, no injuries, and no witnesses. MV2 took off from the scene. I attempted to get in contact with MV2 yielding negative results. To be further investigated. Traffic Bureau update (Officer Gaudet): I attempted to make contact with the registered owner of MV2, Ms. Lilya Polenov (S41505700), with a negative result. A "Hit and Run" inquiry was mailed to Ms. Polenov. Ms. Polenov contacted me on Friday, February 18, 2022, regarding this crash. Ms. Polenov stated that she was not operating her vehicle at the time fo the crash. Ms. Polenov stated she beleives her elderly father in law was operating the vehicle. Ms. Polenov stated she will speak with him and contact me with more information.

Mv#1 was travelling on Walnut St S/B, slowing for a pedestrian (witness) crossing in the crosswalk at Fisher Ave. Mv#2 was travelling directly behind #1, #2 could not stop in time for #1 slowing and #2 at that time rear ended #1. #1 had discomfort/pain in her neck area from being rear ended however #1 declined an evaluation on scene. #1 toddler rear passenger was not injured. #2 not injured. On Thursday 2/17/22 at approximately 0920 hours while assigned to marked unit n498 I was dispatched to the area of 1 Saco St. for a report of a single vehicle crash into a tree. Upon arrival the actual address was on Sweet St. and the operator, XIAO Liangping, was being evaluated by Medic 4. XIAO stated to the medics that she was not hurt and denied any medical attention and signed a patient refusal. Upon speaking with XIAO she states she turned onto Sweet Street from Oak Street and maneuvered her vehicle on the right side of the road between 2 parked cars in order to back into her driveway at 1 Saco St. The driveway for 1 Saco St. is located on Sweet Street. XIAO states she accidentally left the vehicle in drive instead of reverse. When she accelerated it caused her to go forward over a curb and into a tree. Damage to the vehicle made it unsafe to drive and I asked XIAO if she wanted the vehicle towed and she stated she did. Upon arrival of Dave Donohue from Tody's she changed her mind and stated she wanted it left in her driveway. Dave stated to XIAO that would be fine, but he advised her to leave the vehicle in the driveway and not to put it in the garage out of an abundance of caution due to prior incidents of other Tesla vehicle catching fire. Dave left the vehicle in her driveway and as Dave and I left the scene XIAO pulled her vehicle into her garage against the recommendation of Dave.

MV#1 was traveling east on Commonwealth Ave. MV#2 was attempting to make a left turn onto Homer St, off of west bound side of Commonwealth Ave. MV#2 did not yield to MV#1. MV#1 crashed into MV#2. Operator of MV#1 stated that he did see MV#2 turning left, but was not able to stop in time, and struck MV#2. Operator of MV#2 stated that he believed that he had enough time to make the turn. He stated that he missed the original turn, and when he tried to correct it, MV#1 crashed into him. MV#1 was towed off scene by Todys. MV#2 was driven off scene. No injuries occurred.
