The operator of MV#2 stated that she was also traveling north on Washington St directly behind MV#1 when she observed MV#1 stop for another MV in front of him. Operator #2 stated that she stopped her MV and was then rear ended by MV#3, which pushed MV#2 into MV#1. The operator of MV#3 stated that he was also traveling north on Washington St behind MV#2 when he observed MV#2 brake suddenly and was unable to stop rear ending MV#2.
