The bicyclist stated that he was travelling Westbound on Newtonville Ave prior to colliding with Vehicle #1. Vehicle #1 was cited for a violation of M.G.L. Ch.89/S.9-Stop Sign. It should be noted that the bicyclist was wearing a helmet, and a rear flasher, however wore no other bright, or reflective clothing. All parties declined medical attention.
