Operator of Mv1 Stated that Mv2's turn signal was not operating before the vehicles collided. Operator of MV2 (ma reg 12d240) stated she was stopped at the intersection of Cedar Street and Comm Ave attempting to turn left onto Comm ave. Operator of MV2 stated she was unsure if her blinker was on when she attempted to turn left onto Comm Ave hitting MV1. Both driver's did not require medical attention and the damage to the vehicle's was minor. The operator of MV2 requested a tow since the driver's side tire was flat.
