She was then suddenly rear ended by MV#2. The OP. of MV#2 states he was initially behind MV#1 and thought MV#1 had already merged into traffic. When he saw a gap in traffic on Washington Street, he proceeded forward and collided into the rear of MV#1. I observed very minor damage, paint transfer and scratches.
