Upon arrival I spoke with the operator, TEIXERA DA ROSA Renan, of motor vehicle#1, (W13757) who states he was traveling Northbound on Winchester Street when he slowed to stop with his left directional activated to turn left onto Curtis Street. TEIXERA DA ROSA states motor vehicle#2 was behind him traveling in the same direction and went around him as he was turning. He further states motor vehicle#2 attempted to move back into the center of the lane after passing him, but failed to clear the front of his vehicle striking the front passenger side with the drivers side rear end of vehicle#2. While on scene I also spoke with the operator, GANS Lori, of motor vehicle#2 (RT35KZ) who states she was attempting to pass as motor vehicle#1 was turning and when she came back into the center of the lane she didn't realize she hadn't cleared the front of Motor Vehicle#1.
