Upon Arrival I spoke to the operator of MV1 who stated she clipped the front of MV2 which was parked. She stated that she tried parking in front of MV2 and turned to early which caused her to hit MV2. MV2 Had moderate damage to the front right bumper. The owner of MV2 was not in the vehicle but stated she heard the crash.
