MV#3 Was traveling Northbound on Walnut St when he collided with MV#2 that was stopped in traffic. OPMV#3 Stated he was traveling on Walnut St when he didn't notice a vehicle in front of him was stopped in traffic. OPMV#3 Stated he tried to stop but couldn't in time before he collided with the vehicle in front of him. MV#2 & MV#3 Was towed by Tody's Towing.
