Operator 1 states he was operating at the speed limit (30MPH) and MV2 cut in front of him. Both parties had the green light at the intersection. No injuries reported by any party. Parent of operator 2 signed a patient refusal based upon the operators age. Both vehicles were towed due to air bag deployment. MV1 sustained minor damage to the front end.
