There I was met by the owner of MV1, Robert Wolff, who stated that on 1/11/2019 his vehicle was struck while parked on Chapel St in Newton. He said that he left his car legally parked on the street at approx 5pm and returned at 630p that evening. Wolff said his driver side view mirror had been struck.
