Upon arrival, I observed heavy damage to the front end of MV1 and moderate damage to the rear end of MV2. The operator of MV2 complained of head/neck injuries and was transported to Newton Wellesley Hospital by Cataldo for an evaluation. The operator of MV1 stated she was attempting to merge onto Washington St from Centre St when she rear ended MV2. The operator of MV2 stated when she slowed to merge onto Washington St from Centre St she was rear ended by MV1. Both vehicles were towed by Tody's.
