The operator of MV2 (Ma Reg: S81436) stated that he was stopped in traffic southbound on Chestnut St behind MV1. MV2 stated that he saw the light at Commonwealth Ave turn green and started accelerating. MV2 stated that he collided with the rear end of MV1. All parties involved were checked by medics and signed patient refusals. No vehicle needed to be towed. MV1 sustained damage to the rear.
