Operator of MV2 attempted to avoid MV1 by steering his vehicle to the right but side swiped the rear right bumper of MV1. After hitting MV1, MV2 struck a tree. MV1 had minor damage to the rear right bumper and was able to drive away. MV2 had moderate damage to the front bumper and hood. MV2 was able to drive the vehicle away.
