Upon arrival with the operator of vehicle one stated he was stopped at the red traffic signal and was struck from behind. I spoke with the operator of vehicle two who stated that she was traveling on Washington Street she applied her brakes to slow for the red traffic signal. She stated when she applied her brakes due to the decline icy roadway her vehicle slid into vehicle one. Passenger in vehicle two stated the same as operator two. Due to the damage on vehicle two was towed by Tody's towing of 1354 Washington Street 617-527-0013 to their tow lot.
