She thought MV#2 was going to remain stopped there waiting for traffic so she continued forward and that's when she felt a collision. The OP. of MV#2 states he was on Gordon Road wanting to make a right-turn to Chestnut Street. He did not see any oncoming traffic and made the turn, suddenly colliding with MV#1.
