Operator of vehicle one stated that while driving east bound on Crafts St at Albemarle Rd vehicle two darted out into the path of his vehicle from the south bound lane of Albemarle Rd. Operator of vehicle one stated that he attempted to avoid a crash with vehicle two by applying his vehicle's brakes and swerving to his left.
