The OP. of MV#1 states she was parked on Arapahoe Rd facing eastbound. She wanted to do a U-turn to get back onto Commonwealth Ave. so she drove into the driveway belonging to 1781 Commonwealth Ave. She felt her steering wheel lock up and panicked, then didn't have time to brake. She ended up colliding into a wooden retainer wall belonging to 1781 Commonwealth Ave.
