Operator of MV1 states he was leaving the parking lot of 860 Walnut St, turning left, Southbound onto Walnut. He states he did not see MV2, which was turning left, Northbound on Walnut St from the Walgreens parking lot across the street. The two cars collided in the middle of the roadway. Operator of MV2 states he was leaving the Walgreens parking lot via the Walnut St exit. He states he never saw MV1 until they collided in the middle of the street head on.
