Mv#1 operator stated he was at a complete stop on Parker St N/B near #110 idling in backed up traffic. #1 stated he was suddenly rear ended by Mv#2. #1 complained of a burning sensation pain going up his leg possibly related to a previous hip injury. #1 was transported by medics to NWH. #1 sustained significant rear end damage. It was towed by Tody's. #2 operator stated she was travelling on Parker St N/B while looking to her right at travel directions on her phone. #2 stated at that time she rear ended #1 ahead of her. #2 stated she was not injured and signed the patient refusal. #2 towed by Tody's with heavy front end damage.
