Narrative:

Operator of MV1 stated he was traveling Southbound on Walnut Street when a dog ran into traffic. Operator of MV1 stated the dog ran across the northbound lane and he was not able to stop or avoid the dog because it happened so quickly. The owner of the Dog stated the dog was not on a leash at the time and may have ran after a rabbit that he saw across the road. MV1 had minor damage to the front, driver side bumper.
