Operator #1 stated that he started backing up onto Lothrop St, not realizing that Vehicle #2 was parked in front of 50 Lothrop St. While backing Vehicle #1 collided with vehicle #2. Operator of Vehicle # 2 stated she had just parked her vehicle in front of 50 Lothrop St. when Vehicle #1 collided with vehicle #2.
