Narrative:
Operator of MV1 stated he was traveling Eastbound on Grove Street when he observed MV2 fail to stop for a stop sign coming off the RT. 128 Northbound ramp and collided with his vehicle. Operator of MV2 stated she was traveling Northbound on the RT. 128 Northbound off ramp when she attempted to turn Eastbound onto Grove Street, however collided with MV1.The operator of MV1 stated she must have not stopped for the stop sign and also stated she must have been looking at her GPS on her phone. No injuries. MV1 sustained heavy right front end damage. MV2 sustained heavy front end damage along with heavy drivers side damage. Both vehicles involved were towed on scene. A towed motor vehicle form was filled out for both involved vehicles.
