On 10/27/2019, on 2025 hrs, I responded to the intersection of Saint James St. and Charlesbank Rd. for a two car MVA. Upon arrival I observed MV1 facing northbound on Saint James St. on the wrong side of the traffic island with front end damage. MV2 was facing westbound on Charlesbank Rd. with front drivers side damage. The operator of MV1 stated that he may have taken the turn on the wrong side of the traffic island by mistake and collided with MV2. The operator of MV2 stated that he was turning left onto Saint James St. from Charlesbank Rd. when MV1 collided with him in his lane. No injuries were reported and MV2 was towed from the scene.
