Operator of MV1 states she was rear ended by MV2 while waiting for the light to change. Operator of MV2 (Penn. reg. JZE8629) states she was traveling north bound on Dedham Street behind MV1. Operator of MV2 states she looked at her phones GPS for directions when she rear ended MV1.
