OPMV#1 Was traveling Eastbound on Winchester St when the OPMV#2 pulled out in front of him from the intersection at Winchester St and Centre St. OPMV#1 Stated he was traveling straight ahead when a vehicle just pulled out in front of him. OPMV#1 Stated he had no time to stop. OPMV#2 Was stopped at the intersection of Winchester St. and Centre St waiting to make a left turn. OPMV#2 proceeded into the travel lane taking a left turn onto Winchester St when she was struck by the OPMV#1. OPMV#2 Stated she didn't see anything to the left and when she thought she was clear on the right she proceeded into the intersection. OPMV#2 Stated the OPMV#1 came out of no where and collided with her vehicle. MV#1 Was towed by Tody's Towing.
