Vehicle #1 was traveling northbound on Cypress St where it turns into Centre St. Vehicle #2 was traveling northbound on Centre St. Vehicle #2 stopped at the stop sign at Centre St. and Cypress St. and attempted to merge with the traffic coming from Cypress St. when it collided with the rear end of Vehicle #1. The operator of Vehicle #2 stated the operator of Vehicle #1 slowed and attempted to take a left turn southbound onto Centre St. It should be noted there is a no left turn sign posted at the intersection of Centre and Cypress. Operator of Vehicle #1 stated that he was traveling northbound on Centre and did not attempt to take a left turn. Vehicle #1's final resting place was Southbound on Centre St. Vehicle #1 suffered minor damage to its rear end, it should be noted the operator of vehicle #1 was pulling the rear bumper of his vehicle upon arrival. Vehicle #2 suffered minor damage to it's front end. Both Vehicles were able to drive away from the scene and there were no injuries.
