Narrative:
On February 7, 2020 at approximately 17:58 hours I, Officer Guarino responded to the area of Dedham St. at Rachel Rd. for a three car MVA. Upon arrival, I observed MV3 in the rear with heavy front end damage and requested a tow. After speaking with all involved parties, It was determined that MV1 was in the front, waiting to turn left on Rachel Rd, MV2 was stopped behind MV1 also turning left onto Rachel Rd, MV 3 was traveling westbound on Dedham St and struck the rear of MV2, which caused MV2 to travel forward and hit the rear of MV1.
