MV#1 was stopped facing East at the intersection of Commonwealth Ave at Morton St, to allow a pedestrian to cross at the cross walk. MV#2 was traveling East on Commonwealth Ave, and did not stop in time crashing into MV#1. Operator of MV#1 stated that he was stopped, allowing the pedestrian to cross when he was rear ended by MV#2. Operator of MV#2 stated that she attempted to stop, and that she was having trouble with her breaks. Operator of MV#2 stated that this is the reason that she crashed into MV#1. MV#1 was driven off scene. MV#2 was towed away by Todys. Operator of MV#2 was also issued a Criminal App for operating without a license (see report #20026331). Both parties signed patient refusals.
