Operator of MV1 stated she was pulling out of the parking lot, located at 73 Charlesbank road, turning right, west onto Charlesbank rd. when she struck MV2. Operator of MV1 stated due to the for rent condo sign located in front of the complex, she did not see MV2 approaching when she was pulling onto Charlesbank Rd. Operator of MV2 stated he was traveling west bound on Charlesbank rd. As he was approaching the entrance to 73 Charlesbank rd, MV1 pulled out onto the road, striking the passenger side of his vehicle. MV1 sustained damage to the front bumper. MV2 sustained damage to the front passenger tire and passenger side bumper. MV1 called for a private tow. MV2 called for AAA for a tire change. All parties stated they were not injured.
