On September 28th, 2020 at approximately 07:16 hours while assigned to N491 i responded to the intersection of Washington St @ Lowell Ave for a report of a two car MV crash. On my arrival I spoke with operator #1, identified as Dennis Cunningham. He reported he was E/B on Washington St attempting to make a left turn onto Lowell Ave when vehicle #2 veered into his lane striking his vehicle. Operator #2 stated she was going E/B on Washington St when vehicle #1 entered her lane making contact with her vehicle (drivers side front) at the intersection of Lowell Ave. Note this road(Washington St) is under construction(recently paved) and thus no markings have been put in the road separating the lanes. Additionally there are raised castings in the road which sometime causes vehicles to avoid them. It's possible this might have contributed to this crash. However neither operator reported this issue to me.
