Operator of MV1 stated they were traveling Northbound on Centre St. and merging onto Washington St. Operator of MV1 stated they had a green light and were yielding to the oncoming traffic heading Eastbound on Washington St. when MV2 hit the left rear side of their vehicle. Operator of MV2 stated he was behind MV1 and attempting to merge onto Washington St. Operator of MV2 stated he had a green light and that he saw MV1 begin to merge. Operator of MV2 stated he looked to his left to check oncoming traffic and pulled out, which is when he the right front bumper of MV2 made contact with the rear left side of MV1. Operator of MV1 signed a patient refusal with the medics. There was minor damage to both vehicles. Both vehicles were successfully able to be driven away from the scene.
