Narrative:
MV1 was stopped at the traffic light at the corner of Hammond Street at Beacon Street. MV1 got the green light and proceeded to move forward, but had to stop due to a vehicle in front of MV1 that had slowed down. MV2 saw MV1 begin to move forward but did not see MV1 come to a stop. MV2 struck the rear of MV1 causing little damage to the rear bumper of MV1. The operator of MV1 stated she had some minor neck pains, but when medics arrived on scene the operator of MV1 signed a patient refusal form to seek further medical evaluation.
