Oper of veh # 1 states that she was traveling NB on Centre Street near Wesley Street, when veh #2 drove SB in the NB lane coming right at her. She had to pull over to the side and was still struck by mv # 2. She stated there was no reason for him to be on the wrong side of the road and that he was driving very fast. Vehicle #2 was never located or identified. No tows. minor damage.
