Narrative:
MV1 stated that she slowed down when she saw the car in front of her start to slow at the blinking yellow street lights. She stated that once she slowed down, she was hit by another vehicle behind her. MV2 stated that two vehicles in front of him he observed it slow down very abruptly and he didnt have time to stop and collided with MV1. A witness, Joseph Jovem, who was the vehicle that slowed down in front of MV1 stated that he began to slow his speed as he saw the blinking yellow lights. He observed MV1 slow down with him and saw MV2 collide with MV1. No injuries reported, MV1 was driveable and MV2 was towed by Tody's.
