On April 9th, 2021 at approximately 10:24 hours while working N491 I responded to the area of Centre St @ Mt Ida St for a report of a two car MV crash. On my arrival I located both involved vehicles on Centre St just South of Mt Ida St. Vehicle #1 was a blue Honda CRV sports utility, MA reg. 1HBJ26. The owner was identified as David Branda. He reported travelling S/B on Centre St when the vehicle in front of him slowed and turned into a driveway to #8 Mt Ida St(driveway entrance on Centre St) He then slowed/stopped as the vehicle turned right into the driveway. He was then rear ended by vehicle #2. Vehicle #2 was a white Subaru Forester MA reg.2BHV41. The operator was identified as Jacqueline Reissman Hoover. She reported going S/B on Centre St when she crashed into the rear of vehicle #1. She further stated she didn't see vehicle #1 had stopped in front of her.
