Narrative:

MV1 was parked facing southbound on Crafts Street at a red light. MV1 attempted to turn westbound onto Watertown Street and lost control causing the vehicle to swerve. MV1 crashed onto the sidewalk on the other side of the road on Watertown Street. Due to the damage to MV1 the vehicle had to be towed away by Tody's. Operator of MV1 suffered no injuries and was cited. Incident Report 21038084 was generated regarding this incident.
