MV#1 and MV #2 were stopped in traffic in the southbound lane of Centre St prior to the light at Commonwealth Ave. Operator of MV #3 failed to slow for traffic and crashed into MV#2 causing significant damage to both vehicles. Due to the impact MV#2 then rear ended MV#1 causing moderate damage to MV#1. The air bag deployed in MV #3. The Operator of MV#3 stated on scene "it's my fault." All parties declined medical attention. MV#2 and MV#2 were towed from the scene by Todys. MV#1 was able to be driven away. While giving the Operator of MV#2 a ride to her home, she stated she had a headache. I asked her if she would like medical attention and she declined. She was advised I would note the possible injury in my report and to seek medical assistance if symptoms worsened.
