Operator of MV1 stated he was traveling Eastbound on Commonwealth Ave. when MV2 turned left from College Rd. and collided with his vehicle. Operator of MV1 further stated he attempted to swerve out of the way from impact, however did not have time. Operator of MV2 stated he stopped at the stop sign on College Rd. facing Northbound and attempted to turn left to go Westbound on Commonwealth Ave. Operator of MV2 further stated as he was turning left, the sun was in his eyes which obstructed his view and collided with MV1. No injuries. MV1 sustained heavy drivers side damage including the left front fender. MV2 sustained heavy drivers side door damage and moderate drivers side passenger door damage. MV2 drivers window was broken. Tody's towing responded and towed both vehicles involved. A towed motor vehicle form was filled out for both and placed on file.
