MV 1 was operating straight westbound on Watertown street in the lane to the left of MV 2. MV 1 attempted to cross in front of MV 2 and change lanes when she struck MV 2. MV 1 sustained moderate damage to her right passenger side and doors. The operator and owner of MV 1, Ms. Samantha Silverman, did not sustain any injuries. Ms. Silverman received a citation for an unsafe lane change. MV 2 was traveling straight westbound on Watertown St, through the intersection of Watertown and Walnut St. While in the intersection, MV 1 attempted to switch lanes in front of MV 2 striking his left front. MV 2 sustained minor damage to the front left. The operator of MV 2 was uninjured. The registration of MV 2 was expired at the time of the crash. The operator and owner of MV 2, Mr. Seton Murphy, was able to register the vehicle at the scene. Mr. Murphy recieved a citation for an expired registration. Neither vehicle required a tow.
