Mv#1 operator stated he turned left from Hamlet St onto Langley Rd S/B. #1 continued travel on Langley Rd S/B and veered right off the road and struck a city tree head on in front of 335 Langley. Operator stated he briefly blacked out for unknown reasons prior to the collision. Operator was evaluated by medics and signed a patient refusal. Operator was conscious and alert. No reported operator medical problems. No citation issued at this time. Tody's towed #1 with heavy front end damage. City Forestry arrived and inspected the tree.
