Operator of MV1 states he was traveling northbound on Centre Street when MV2 pulled out of a parking spot without yielding to oncoming traffic and struck MV1. MV1 sustained damage to the right side front and rear passenger doors. No injuries. Operator of MV2 states he was parked at a parking spot facing northbound on Centre Street when he attempted to pull out of the parking spot to make a U-Turn heading southbound on Centre Street, which is prohibited, and struck MV1. MV2 sustained damage to the front left fender. No injuries. The operator of MV2 was issued in hand Massachusetts Uniform Citation #T2012869 for Ch. 89 Sec. 8 Failure to yield (oncoming traffic).
